“Very nice cost effective apartments great location , i did a tour of the place with Allyiha, it made me feel safe and it would have been a wonderful place to call home . I had to go a different route with my living situation but this was my favorite pick of the places i looked at.”

“I moved to The Maddox five months ago and I’ve been very happy with the Property Manager Brianna, and the Assistant Manager Allyiha who’ve taken care of any issues I’ve had with my apartment. I’ve had my washer dryer replaced, a toilet replaced and a few other repairs done by Matt the properties repair man. All the work was done quickly and professionally after I notified them of the problems. This is a quiet apartment with friendly residents. There’s a great gym with lots of equipment and weights to get your workouts in. This is a great place to live!”

“I recently moved from out of state, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful every step of the way, which made the transition so much easier. I absolutely love the high ceilings and the amount of closet space—there’s plenty of room for everything. Overall, a great experience and a place I’m happy to call home!”

“Rave! Rave! Rave! I have been here for about two years and for the first time I have something good to say about these apartments and excited to renew my lease. Shoutout to the new Community Manager Bri she’s been her a little over two months and the short timeframe she’s been here, she’s really turned things around in a good way.
